In 2011, the Board of Directors of United Way of Peel Region approved an allocation of over $9,916,992 from the Community Priorities Fund for programs offered through community agencies serving Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga. The allocation represents funding for ongoing programs and runs from April 2011 to March 2012. Donors to the 2010 campaign also gave $2,005,485 to be forwarded to other United Ways and charities throughout the Region of Peel and across the country.
