United Way of Peel Region's Gifts with Purpose program, offers donors the opportunity to honour friends, family members, and other loved ones.

After making your online donation (click here if you have not already done so), please complete this form so that United Way of Peel Region can mail you a Postcard-sized greeting card insert which you can personalize and send to the person you are honouring. A minimum gift of $25 is required to receive a mailed Postcard.

Help United Way of Peel Region save on postage costs by printing a PDF version of the postcards - they will print as an letter-sized greeting card insert. You do not have to fill out the form if you choose to print your own recognition greeting card insert.

You will receive your postcard via mail in roughly six business days.
